SMYLUME offers free standard shipping to these destinations: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. Remote areas and unsupported addresses may be excluded. Contact smylume@gmail.com if your country is not listed.

Free shipping
Standard delivery is free on every order. There is no delivery charge, minimum-spend requirement or delivery surcharge at checkout.

Delivery estimates and tracking
Delivery times depend on processing, the carrier, customs clearance and public holidays. Any timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. Tracking will be supplied using the contact details on your order when it becomes available.

Delivery details
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Contact us promptly if an address needs changing; changes may not be possible once fulfilment begins. If delivery is significantly delayed, contact SMYLUME and we will assist.

Returns
Eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days of receipt have free return shipping under our Returns & Refunds policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by that period.
